December Letter from The Editor-2022

Lainey VanSumeren, Editor in Chief

Winter is right around the corner, and the Citadel team wants to wish all our readers Happy Holidays! With the end of the 2022 year comes an end to the first semester of school, as well as a lot of stress. So between the stress to scrape together those missing assignments for the end of the semester, and the typical strain of the Holidays, we all wish everyone peace, and a bit of rest once school is out.

Everyone handles the coming cold in their own ways, whether that be waxing skis and snowboards in preparation for the upcoming Ski season, getting ready for this season of Basketball, or preparing for the upcoming Hike for Humanities. We’ve got a lot of events going on in school this month, and with only three weeks of school left! This month we aim to get more involved with the clubs and sports teams of our school, whether that be from more feature articles on our school’s best athletes or pictures of your club activities on our student life carousel. We want to show off what students are up to, and share your accomplishments with our community. So remember to send your favorite pics, and recommendations for students deserving of a feature, to me at [email protected].

Once again I’d like to thank our readers for checking out our Site, and Happy Holidays!
